The agency is managed by an Education Consultant and Occupational Psychologist, both have a wealth of expertise in employment related matters including recruitment, selection, training, psychometric testing, organisational development, change management and Diversity.

Ebony Recruitment Solutions is managed by two lead Consultants and also has a network of Associates that provide additional capacity when required.
