HOME STAGING SERVICE

Home staging is the art of improving property to sell, to enable you to make the most of your space and its best features, giving your home the best presentation and helping to improve the negatives such as repairs. Home staging is extremely important in a difficult market where buyers feel empowered to reduce an asking price. Our service offers expertise on improving property to sell and we can advise on cosmetic changes and home improvements for your property. We can arrange quotes for repairs, suggest or purchase furniture, accessories and style your home. Our services range from a simple report to a full project management service in which we assist vendors, landlords and developers. Our service will assist the vendor in achieving the best price for the property without reducing the asking price.

3D PLANNING & DESIGN SERVICE

Our design only service gives you the opportunity to redesign and plan your existing home/office space, whether this is space planning, de cluttering or a complete make over. A consultation will be arranged to discuss your requirements, in order to prepre a brief based on the your needs, from this information we will prepare the relevant floor plans, mood board and 3d image of what the finished space will look like upon implementation of the design.

HOME FURNISHING PARTIES

We are pleased to announce that we are now hosting Home furnishing parties.
We will visit your home with a selection of beautiful home furnishings for you to view , touch and feel and then order if you wish to do so. We will demonstrate how to dress up the simplest of accessories to create a beautiful unique finish to candles, tables etc.The parties will be hosted at your home or place of work at a time which is convenient for you and will last around 3 hours. It is a chance to mingle with your friends and family and the best thing is, IT'S FREE!! (no hosting charge)

All we ask is that is that there are a minimum of 8 people present at the party. The more people the greater the fun.

We will bring with us a variety of accessories for the home and each accessory can be ordered for you and your guests, with a small deposit required for each item requested.

Brochures will also be available for you and your guests to browse through on the night with a selection of large furniture items, coffee tables, side tables etc. In addition the host/ess will be given a goody bag for arranging the party which will include a discount voucher off any of our interior design services.
