OUTBOUND TELESALES AGENTS
Due to our continued expansion and drive for new business, we are looking for proactive, innovative and articulate people for Outbound Telesales roles for immediate start
Salary basic £14,625 per annum plus uncapped commission package Dependant on what you can bring into the company!
The Role:
Do you have a passion to sell? Are you looking to earn uncapped commission? You will need to be sales driven with a self-motivated attitude and able to work under pressure and to targets to maximise all opportunities. Join the fun friendly, dynamic team and further develop your sales skills.
Duties
Maximise all new and existing sales opportunities.
Build a strong relationship with all customers.
Demonstrate commitment to achieve targets and KPI's.
Quality sales using appropriate techniques and secure genuine sales
Skills & Experience
Previous sales experience preferably in a call centre environment, an ideal candidate will have had experience in the telcomms market
Excellent communication skills
A desire to succeed and exceed targets
Flexible approach
Excellent team player.
Hours of work will be dependant on the campaign, however all roles are working Monday to Friday with a shift between the hours of 9.00am and 7.00pm.
