Nurse

Our Client is One of UK's leading Healthcare Providers and they are currently seeking for a motivated RGN, RMN or RNLD to join a reputable Nursing Home located in Halewood.
This special care home provides the highest quality of care to all their residents. They pledge to raise standards across the board, working with the CQC to ensure that when next inspected, the home receives a better rating. Their friendly and approachable management teams are always on the go.
As a Nurse your day to day duties include:
• Leading, supervising and training the care team
• General Nursing duties-Wound care/general observation/blood sugar level testing/liaising with other healthcare professionals to give the best care.
• Being responsible for ordering, storing and administering medication
• Keeping precise, up to date records
• Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

An ideal Nurse should be a hardworking, confident individual and must have these skills and knowledge as they are beneficial for this position:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deliver care, without direct supervision
• Competent in Medication Management
• Ability to follow the Nursing process-Assessment/Diagnosis/Planning/Implementation/Evaluation
• Maintaining the Client's dignity and respect at all times

The successful Nurse will be offered an excellent salary of £18.00 per hour. This exciting position has Full Time and Part Time hours working Night Shifts only. In return for your hard work and dedication you will receive the following generous benefits:
